Mindful Spirit Acupuncture

While the rain is much needed, everyone please be careful out there! Our clinic is open today as usual and our area isn't flooded, but if you're coming from the west avoid the I-30/Hulen area which is experiencing the worst flooding.

✨ Thinking about Botox? You might want to read this first…

A recent WFAA news story about a local medspa being warned by the FDA for administering off-brand, illegal Botox injections is a reminder that not all cosmetic treatments are as safe as they seem—especially when performed outside proper medical oversight.

At Mindful Spirit Acupuncture, we take a different approach.

Facial Rejuvenation Acupuncture is a natural, time-tested method that works with your body, not against it:
✔️ Stimulates collagen production
✔️ Improves circulation and skin tone
✔️ Softens fine lines naturally
✔️ No toxins, no freezing, no downtime

Instead of masking aging, acupuncture supports your skin’s health from the inside out—helping you look refreshed, vibrant, and like yourself.

If you’re curious about a safer, holistic alternative to injectables, we’d love to talk.
