You āwant it badā until you are inconvenienced by it.
Iām up at 4:30am either to teach a class or work. I prep my meals (or outsource the prep). I often run during the only free 45 min time block I have.. even if that means in 90+ in the TX heat.
Iām not special. Iām not built different. I just have decided that my goals are not negotiable. ESPECIALLY when itās inconvenient.
Your goal body doesnāt care if youāre tired, itās hot, the break room has donuts, or youāre pressed for time.
But neither does the version of you who actually shows up.
Iāve lived it. And now Iām looking for THREE moms who want help to stop making excuses, get comfortable being uncomfortable, and actually lose the weight and gain confidence.
