We love supporting small businesses, especially when they a-line with our values.
Today, Dr. Omey participate in a hip mobile class instructed by board certified sports physical therapy specialist Devin Bailey. After the only hour long class, Dr. Omey and her fellow classmates had an extensive amount of progress in that hour alone.
In order to prevent injury as well as recover from injury, it’s important to mobilize our bodies. Physical therapy is not just for the injured!
We highly suggest checking out her business and/or at least her instagram page
