In addition to 24/7 skilled nursing care, we offer physical, occu

Our July 1st celebration of America’s 250th birthday was extra-special this year. 🇺🇸 We gathered for a community lunch where our department heads grilled burgers and hot dogs for everyone — a simply wonderful way to bring patients, families, and staff together. 🍔🌭 We are so lucky to be part of such a caring community. ❤️💙
