Did you know that not all Halloween treats are safe for kids with food allergies? The Teal Pumpkin Project helps make trick-or-treating more inclusive for children with food allergies and other dietary restrictions.

Here’s how you can participate:
🩵 Place a teal pumpkin outside your home to let families know you offer allergy-friendly, non-food treats.
🍬 Offer alternatives like stickers, glow sticks, pencils or small toys alongside traditional candy.
📣 Spread the word to help more families feel included this Halloween!

A little change can make a big difference in helping every child enjoy the Halloween fun. 👻

Will you help make Halloween more inclusive and participate in the Teal Pumpkin Project this year?

It could be! 🐱 If your itchy eyes and sneezing started after bringing home a new cat, a cat allergy is one possible explanation. Cat allergies are usually triggered by proteins found in a cat’s dander, saliva, and urine, not the fur itself.

But here’s the good news: a cat allergy doesn’t necessarily mean you have to rehome your furry friend. ❤️ An allergist can help identify your triggers and recommend treatment options to help you manage your symptoms while living with your cat.

If you think your new furry friend may be the culprit, schedule an appointment with an allergist to get answers and find a treatment plan that works for you. 🐾

🍂 October allergies are here! Knowing what’s in the air can help you stay one step ahead of your symptoms.

These 3 allergens are lurking in the air this month:

🌿 Ragweed: a major fall pollen culprit
🌾 W**d pollens: still hanging around as the seasons change
🍄 Mold spores: fallen leaves + damp weather = a perfect allergy recipe

If you’re sneezing, stuffy, itchy, or reaching for tissues nonstop, it might be more than “just the changing weather.” 👀

Don’t let allergies haunt you all season. 👻Book an allergy test with Aspire Allergy & Sinus and find out what’s triggering your symptoms.

🍂 The autumn equinox marks the start of fall allergy season, bringing peak pollen levels and a new wave of seasonal allergy symptoms for many people.

Ragweed pollen is one of the biggest fall allergy triggers, and it can cause sneezing, congestion, itchy or watery eyes, a runny nose, and more. 🍁

If your allergies seem to flare up every fall, you don’t have to just push through the season. Allergy testing can help identify what’s triggering your symptoms so you can explore a treatment plan tailored to you.

Love your pet, but not the sneezing that comes with them? 🐶🐱🤧

Pet allergies can make it tough to enjoy time with your furry friends, but there are ways to manage your symptoms. Try keeping pets out of your bedroom, washing your hands after petting them and regularly cleaning areas where they spend time.

Still struggling with symptoms? Allergy testing can help identify your specific triggers and guide a treatment plan that works for you.

Waking up with a sore throat that seems to disappear by midday? 🤔 It could be more than just dry air.

Overnight congestion, postnasal drip, mouth breathing, allergies or even acid reflux can contribute to morning throat irritation.

If it keeps happening, don’t just chalk it up to your morning routine. Finding the cause can be the first step toward feeling better all day. Schedule an appointment with Aspire Allergy & Sinus today!
