Hey everyone!

My online personal training clients are wrapping up week 7 of their 8 week training template we started at the beginning of the year.

That being said, I have 6 training spots opening up and I'd love to help you reach your fitness goals. Whether you prefer functional fitness style training, bodyweight and bands focus, or even cardio and mobility, I can help you.

I have trained hundreds of clients in multiple disciplines and my main goal is helping you create healthy habits and routines that will stick with you!

Give me a shout for a free consultation where we can go over what you're looking for and if I would be a good fit as a coach!

I use an array of massage techniques, facilitated/assisted stretching, myofascial release, orthopedic manual therapy, deep tissue, cupping, scraping, TECAR therapy, and more to ensure your pain or irritations are addressed, and you walk out feeling like new.

Had a great time teaching with The Western Sports Foundation at a mini clinic for OSU Rodeo. This was a great group of athletes and I can't wait to see them perform in the arena!

Took some time to chat with my fellow 30 Under 30 recipient the lovely Coach Kiah on her podcast! Thank you so much for having me on! Give it a listen on any streaming platform.
