Getting ready to go somewhere special?

Hear me when I say that traveling doesn’t have to mean feeling bloated, exhausted, and completely out of sync with your body. (I promise, it’s possible to arrive at your destination actually feeling good!)

First, a quick reminder that we are all individuals. Your body might need a little extra grace and pivot space when changing routines, and that's completely okay. Traveling isn't about trying to do everything perfectly. It's about doing the small, right things to support your unique system.

Swipe through to see my non-negotiable checklist for supporting your digestion, nervous system, and sleep while on the move.

Where are you jetting off to next? Kelly & I would love some travel inspo!

21 years ago, we started our forever here on our honeymoon… and this week we went back to where it all began. It was the same, yet so different.

Yesterday, I had the privilege of being on a podcast talking about resilience, and I couldn’t help but think about how marriage is one of the greatest examples of resilience. Individually and together, we’ve experienced challenges, joy, loss, growth, and so many unexpected turns, but we’ve chosen to let those seasons strengthen us rather than divide us.

I’m especially grateful for God’s faithfulness throughout every chapter. He has been our constant, reminding us that a strong marriage isn’t built on perfection, but on choosing each other again and again, extending grace, and trusting Him to guide the way.

Grateful for our love story, Kelly Poorter, and praying for many more resilient years ahead. ❤️

Happy Anniversary.

Our skin is constantly absorbing what we apply to it, especially during long days in the heat and sun.

That’s why I try to be intentional about what goes into our pool bag. Here are some of my tried-and-true products:

☀️ True Botanicals has my absolute favorite SPF
☀️ Just Ingredients individual electrolyte packs are the easiest option for hydrating on the go
☀️ Rowe Casa Organics after-sun balm is the only way I can keep my skin from drying up

Choosing cleaner products now can help reduce your family’s long-term exposure to toxins and microplastics.

Leave a comment to let me know what you can't head to the pool without! 💬

These aren’t just trends to me... They’re little habits that genuinely help support my energy, mood, skin health, recovery, hydration, and nervous system balance during a season that can feel especially busy and overstimulating. ☀️

They're the things I keep reaching for + leaning on because they help me feel grounded, nourished, and supported day-to-day.

Summer dinners are my favorite excuse to keep things simple, fresh, and ingredient-focused. 🌮

And these salmon bowls are packed with intentional ingredients that support energy, hydration, digestion, and balanced blood sugar.

👉 Wild salmon for protein + minerals.
👉 Fresh mango for antioxidants and natural sweetness.
👉 Avocado for healthy fats.
👉 Lettuce, lime, cilantro, and onion for freshness, fiber, and flavor.

It’s the perfect quick summertime dinner for busy weeknights, pool days, or feeding the whole family without spending hours in the kitchen.

Save this recipe for your next trip to the grocery store! 🛒

For years, PCOS has been misunderstood as a condition that’s simply “about ovarian cysts.” But in reality, it’s so much more complex than that. ⤵️

Experts have officially renamed the condition to Polyendocrine Metabolic Ovarian Syndrome (PMOS) to better reflect what’s actually happening in the body. This includes the hormonal, metabolic, inflammatory, and reproductive components that so many women struggle with daily.

Swipe ➡️ to learn more about the name change and why it’s such a significant step forward for women’s health.
