“What a privilege to be tired from the work you once begged the universe for.
What a privilege to be overwhelmed by growth you used to dream of.
What a privilege to be challenged by a life you created on purpose.
And what a privilege to outgrow the things you used to settle for.”

Starting my own private practice while raising three kids in elite sports has stretched me in ways I didn’t fully anticipate. There are days marked by anxiety, overstimulation, and moments of depression and still… this quote grounds me.

Because this life didn’t happen by accident.
I chose meaningful work.
I chose to build something of my own.
I chose to show up for my kids’ passions.

And sometimes the overwhelm isn’t a sign I’m failing, it’s a signal that I’m living a life that’s full, aligned, and growing faster than my nervous system can comfortably keep up with.

I share this because I see it in clients every day too. When we’re exhausted, stretched, or emotionally overloaded, the work isn’t always to “push through”, it’s to reframe, regulate, and remind ourselves why we chose this path in the first place.

If this season feels heavy, loud, or demanding… maybe it’s not a mistake.
Maybe it’s a chapter you once hoped you’d get to live 💕
