Yesterday we had a great time working with a group of local real estate professionals for a hands-on self-defense workshop!

Realtors often work alone, meet new people, and find themselves in unfamiliar homes and locations, making awareness and practical self-defense skills especially valuable.

Thanks to everyone who came out and trained with us!

This is our first run with Fuji, and we’re taking pre-orders/interest now to help us determine the sizes and quantities for the order.

Sunday we took our Trauma Response training from the classroom into scenarios with our Force on Force Trauma class.

Using airsoft and scenario-based training, students had to assess injuries, make decisions, communicate, and provide trauma care while dealing with the added stress and uncertainty of an active environment.

Knowing how to use a tourniquet is one thing. Figuring out when, where, and how to use it when everything around you is going wrong is another.

A great group and a solid day of training at Fort Worth Combatives.

Another monthly Trauma Response class in the books at Fort Worth Combatives.

Today’s group worked through practical skills for managing serious bleeding and traumatic injuries when professional help may not be immediately available.

These classes are designed to go beyond simply knowing what’s in a trauma kit — we want you to be able to recognize the problem, make decisions under pressure, and actually use the equipment when it matters.

Our Trauma Response class is held monthly and is open to all experience levels.

Great turnout for Women Empowered last night! 👊

It’s been great seeing so many new faces on the mat since our kickoff event, and even better seeing people coming back and continuing their training.

Women Empowered classes are beginner-friendly, practical, and designed to build real self-defense skills one class at a time. No experience needed—you can jump in anytime.

Another great Women Empowered workshop with Club Pilates! 💗

Thank you to everyone who joined us today for some practical self-defense training, and a big thank you to Club Pilates for inviting us back and giving us another opportunity to work with their members.

We had a great group learning simple, practical techniques while talking about awareness, confidence, and some of the realities of self-defense.

We always enjoy getting Women Empowered outside of our school and into the community.
If your gym, workplace, school, church, or organization would be interested in hosting a Women Empowered self-defense workshop, we'd love to come train with your group too.
