Octaviano Soto Delgado 80, of Fort Worth, Texas, husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, great-great-grandfather, brother, uncle and friend to many went to be with the Lord on Tuesday August 25, 2026, in Odessa, Texas.

Octaviano was born to Octaviano Soto Sr and Teadora Delgado on April 6, 1946, in Acuna, Coahuila Mexico. He was a hard-working man who enjoyed keeping his hands busy. He had a passion for mechanics and welding, and there was hardly anything he couldn’t fix or build. He loved being outdoors, especially fishing and taking camping trips with his family. He loved cooking out and smoking meat, bringing family together around good food and great memories. Octaviano loved and cherished his grandchildren and loved to spoil them every chance he got. He would make sure they had everything they wanted, create special memories with them, and then happily send them home with their parents.

Octaviano was preceded in death by his parents, Wife Rosa Maria Garcia Soto, Siblings; 3 brothers and 1 sister; Kids Margarita Hernandez Soto and Noah Soto, and Grandson Gabriel Soto. May they rest in peace.

Those left behind to honor and cherish his memory are Zenaida Sanchez and husband Valdemar of Fort Worth, Bainey Soto of Fort Worth, Octaviano Soto and wife Sandy of Odessa, Juan G. Octaviano Soto Delgado, de 80 años de Fort Worth, Texas esposo, padre, abuelo, bisabuelo, tatarabuelo, hermano, tío y amigo de muchos, quien fue a estar con el señor Martes 25 de Agosto de 2026 en Odessa, Texas.

Octaviano nació el 6 de abril de 1946 en Acuña, Coahuila México, hijo de Octaviano Soto Sr. y Teadora Delgado. Era un hombre trabajador al que le gustaba mantenerse activo y ocupado con las manos. Sentía pasión por la mecánica y la soldadura; prácticamente no había nada que no pudiera reparar o construir. Le encantaba estar al aire libre, especialmente pescar y salir de campamento con su familia; disfrutaba cocinar al aire libre y ahumar carnes, reuniendo a sus seres queridos en torno a una buena comida y grandes recuerdos. Octaviano adoraba a sus nietos y le encantaba consentirlos siempre que tenía oportunidad: se aseguraba de que tuvieran todo lo que deseaban, creaba recuerdos especiales con ellos y luego felizmente, los enviaba de regreso a casa con sus padres.

Le precedieron en muerte sus padres, su esposa Rosa María García Soto, sus hermanos, 3 hombres y 1 mujer, sus hijos Margarita Hernández Soto y Noah Soto, y su nieto Gabriel Soto. Que descansen en paz.

Rosa Maria Garcia Soto, 72, of Fort Worth, a wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, great- great grandmother, sister and friend to many passed on Monday July 4, 2022 in Fort Worth, Texas.

Rosa was born on March 25, 1950 to Luis Garcia and Esiquia Martinez in Sonora, Texas. She was united in marriage to the love of her life Octaviano Delgado Soto on July 11, 1964 in Fort Worth, Texas. She was a very loving and caring person, who loved her family dearly. She enjoyed having family and friends around and had a tender heart for everyone she knew, along with being a devoted Guadalupana at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church and loyal servant of the Virgin of Guadalupe. Rosa Maria enjoyed many past times, which consisted of playing Bingo, going to the Casino Winstar and most of all fishing. She was also known to all in the area as the Tamale Lady, everyone loved her delicious homemade tamales, and you could taste the love she put into them. She will be greatly missed and forever in everyone’s heart.

She was preceded in death by both her parents, her son Noah Soto, her daughter Margarita Soto – Hernandez, her grandson Gabriel Soto, her sisters Margarita Ramos, Caroline Robles, Yolanda Puente and her brother’s Angel Garcia, Jose Perez, and Armando Garcia.

Those left behind to cherish her memory are her loving husband and soulmate of 58 years Octaviano Delgado Soto of Fort Worth; her daughters Zenaida Sanchez and husband Valdemar of Fort Worth, Bainey Soto of Fort Worth, Mara Elizondo, and husband Ben of Fort Worth; her sons Octaviano Soto Jr. and wife Sandy of Odessa and Juan Gabriel Soto and wife Patrice of Fort Worth; her grandchildren, her great grandchildren, and her great-great granddaughter; her sisters Dora Martinez and husband Ruben of Fort Worth, Estella Rico and husband Fermin of Mansfield, Carmen McKaig and husband Bob of Fort Worth and Maria Jesusa Padilla of Del Rio; her brother Luis Garcia and wife Olivia of Alvarado; along with many extended family members and a host of friends.

Rosa nació el 25 de marzo de 1950 de Luis García y Esiquia Martínez, en Sonora, Texas. Se unió en matrimonio con el amor de su vida Octaviano Delgado Soto el 11 de Julio de 1964 en Fort Worth, Texas. Era una persona muy amable y cariñosa, que amaba mucho a su familia. Le gustaba tener a su familia y amigos cerca y era una persona muy tierna por todos los que conocía, además de ser una Guadalupana devota y una fiel servidora de la Virgen De Guadalupe. Rosa María disfrutaba de muchos pasatiempos que consistían en jugar Bingo, ir al Casino Winstar y sobre todo ir pesca. También era conocida por todos en el área como la “Dama de los Tamales”, a todos les encantaban sus deliciosos tamales caseros que se distinguían por el toque de amor con que los preparaba. La extrañaremos mucho y siempre estará en nuestros corazones.

Fue precedida en muerte por sus padres, su hijo Noah Soto y su hija Margarita Soto – Hernández, su nieto Gabriel Soto, sus hermanas Margarita Ramos, Caroline Robles, Yolanda Puente y sus hermanos, Ángel García, José Pérez, y Armando García.

Christine was born on December 21, 1971 in Temple, TX to Pete Luna and Dominga Martinez. Christine was always full of life when she was listening to music, dancing to the music, going out and enjoying herself whenever she could. She loved to play on her phone all the time and was always busy doing something. Christine was very outgoing and loud.

She was preceded in death by her parents Pete Luna and Dominga Martinez, her husband Angel Amador, Her daughter Reyna Mendoza and her siblings Sylvia Luna Gamez, Daniel Luna and Yolanda Martinez.

Justin was born to Christopher Carol Jackson and Stefanie Lee Sowell on May 31,1999 in Amarillo, Texas. He worked with aircrafts in aviation tech services. Justin was a family man who loved his girlfriend dearly and was always spending time with his family or his dog Gucci. Justin had many hobbies in life outside of work and family, which included working on cars, racing cars, drifting cars, riding his motorcycle and skateboarding. He was very athletic and played football his whole life growing up and loved sports. He enjoyed watching his Cowboys or Spurs when it came to basketball. He was a very caring person but at the same time he was hard headed and always right in his eyes. His famous quote was “ His way or the highway” and he made sure to let everyone know. Family and friends for the rest of their lives will cherish his memories.

He was preceded in death by his Grandparents Robert Pate Sowell, Candace Lee Sowell, Ray Nichols and his niece Marilynn Ogden.

Gustavo fue un hijo muy amado por sus padres y su hermanita Marisol. Era un joven muy alegre, le gustaba pasar tiempo con su familia, amigos y manejar su carro Dodge 2008. A su corta edad vivió y disfruto su vida al máximo.

Gustavo es precedido en muerte por su abuelita; Maria Matilde Loredo Ventura que en paz descansen.

Jesus was born to Juvenal Luna and Petra Martinez on April 30, 1949 in San Jose de Ranchos, Sombrerete, Zacatecas, Mexico. He was united in marriage to his loving wife Juana Banuelos on December 26, 1993 in Fort Worth, Texas. He was a very hard working man who spent his time working as a welder. Jesus had many hobbies in life that ranged from raising sheep, chickens, farming, deer hunting, fishing, singing, traveling all over Texas and part of the Federacion of Zacatecas. Jesus was a family man through and through, he was a devoted grandfather who loved spending as much time possible with his grandchildren, who he was very proud of being their grandfather. He was a loving, cheerful and caring person who was a friend to everyone and would always do anything to help his family and strangers, which after visiting they’d become friends. His family and friends will cherish Jesus’s memories as they go through life without him here.

Those who preceded him in death were his wife Juana Luna, his great granddaughter Leticia Banuelos, his parents Juvenal Luna and Petra Martinez, his siblings Jose Luna, Consuelo Luna, Luis Luna, David Luna, Miguel Luna, Manuel Luna and Santiago Luna.

Juan “Johnny” DeLeon, 72, of Fort Worth, husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather, great great grandfather, brother and friend to many went to be with the Lord on Sunday July 12, 2026, in Fort Worth, Texas.

Juan was born to Bernardo DeLeon and Paula Mauricio on February 28, 1954, in Mathis, Texas. He was united in marriage to his loving wife in December of 2001 in Fort Worth, Texas. Juan was a family man who enjoyed being around his grandkids and great grandkids any chance he was able to. He was a car guy who enjoyed painting cars and made a profession out of it his whole life. When he wasn’t working, you’d catch him watching TV shows, watching Nascar for every race and especially watching when Dale Earnhardt Sr was racing before his passing at the Daytona 500 in 2001. His memories will be cherished and never forgotten.

Those who preceded him in death were his mother Paula Torres and stepfather Salvador Torres; his daughter Christine DeLeon Bocanegra and his brother Armando DeLeon, and niece Jo Glenda “Tora” Flores.

Clementina enjoyed time with her family and grandchildren whenever she got the chance to be around them. She enjoyed dancing and listening to music. Clementina was a shopaholic who enjoyed her online and in-store shopping.

She was preceded in death by her father Jesus Murguia. May he rest in peace.

A Clementina le encantaba pasar tiempo con su familia y nietos siempre que tenía la oportunidad de estar con ellos. Disfrutaba bailar y escuchar música. Clementina era una amante de las compras, disfrutaba tanto de las compras en línea como en tiendas físicas.
