In honor of Teacher Appreciation Week, we’re proud to celebrate a lifelong educator whose impact continues to inspire generations! 🍎

Caroline Pauling’s teaching journey began in 1964 after graduating from TCU with a double major in Speech Language Pathology and Education. What started as a classroom role quickly grew into a lifelong passion for education, students, and community.

From full-time teaching to PTA leadership to returning to the classroom later in life, her dedication never slowed. She spent decades teaching in Fort Worth, including Lily B. Clayton and Tanglewood Elementary, where she was honored as Lifetime Teacher of the Year at both schools. 🏫

Her advice is simple but powerful: “Stay with your passion.” ✨
