As The Purple Chair continues to grow, we are being very intentional about building the structure, systems, and leadership needed to support both our guests and our team at the level they deserve.

Emily brings 12 years of business operations experience, along with a true passion for people, organization, communication, and creating an exceptional experience from the moment you walk through our doors.

In this role, Emily will be helping oversee:

✨ Guest experience & front desk operations
✨ Salon systems and organization
✨ Team support and communication
✨ Scheduling, client flow & daily operations
✨ Creating a polished, seamless experience throughout the salon

Growth requires change. And the right changes create stronger systems, clearer roles, and an even better experience for everyone. We are incredibly excited about the direction The Purple Chair is heading and the team we are continuing to build. 👑
