🌟 Rehab Success Story!

Ms. Gorman arrived at Southwest Nursing & Rehabilitation after a hospitalization requiring maximum assistance with mobility, daily activities, and transfers.

Through hard work with our rehabilitation team, she made remarkable progress—advancing to supervision with bed mobility, dressing, and wheelchair-to-bed transfers. Her strength, endurance, confidence, and independence grew throughout her stay, allowing her to safely return home to her family.

We are so proud of Ms. Gorman and wish her continued success at home! 💚
