Back-to-School Support for Students & Parents:

Back-to-school season can be exciting, but it can also bring a lot of stress—for students and parents alike. New schedules, early mornings, homework, activities, work demands, and everything in between can leave everyone feeling overwhelmed.

That’s why Rehope Counseling has partnered with Optimize Brain Health to offer a special Back-to-School Neurofeedback Package for students and parents.

Microcurrent Neurofeedback is a gentle, non-invasive approach that can help the brain and nervous system settle out of patterns of stress and overactivity. We often hear from families who are looking for support with things like:

Focus & brain fog: Helping students and adults feel more clear, focused, and ready to tackle the day.
Sleep: Supporting a calmer nervous system and more restful sleep as everyone adjusts to earlier mornings and new routines.
Stress & emotional regulation: Helping reduce feelings of being overwhelmed, reactive, or overstimulated during busy days and transitions.

We know this time of year can be a lot. Our goal is to help make the transition a little easier for the whole family.

For the remainder of August and throughout September, we’re offering 5 weeks of Microcurrent Neurofeedback for $500 (regularly $125 per treatment).

Welcome to Optimize Brain Health!

Emma & Bessie Ann started Optimize Brain Health with a simple goal: to make neurofeedback more accessible to our community.

As Licensed Professional Counselors, we’ve seen firsthand how much our clients can benefit when we support the brain alongside the traditional therapeutic process. After seeing positive changes in our own counseling clients (and ourselves!), we became passionate about bringing this approach to more people.

That’s why we created Optimize Brain Health.

Our goal is to help you optimize your brain, improve how you feel, and support your brain’s ability to function at its best.

Whether you’re dealing with brain fog, difficulty concentrating, poor sleep, stress, anxiety, or simply feel like your brain isn’t working the way you want it to—we’re here to help you better understand and support your brain.

We’re so excited to be officially here and to share more about neurofeedback, brain health, and what we’re learning along the way.
