Dry needling is one of the tools Dr. Stacy uses to help address muscle tension and movement restrictions.

A few quick facts:

• The needles used are extremely thin and sterile.

• Dry needling is different from acupuncture and is based on muscle and movement patterns.

• Many patients are surprised by how little they feel during treatment.

• It can be used alongside chiropractic care as part of a personalized treatment plan.
