A common question we get all the time:

“How do you adjust babies… do you crack them? Is it dangerous?”

Here’s the honest answer 👇

Babies are not adjusted like adults—not even close.

There’s no cracking.
No forceful twisting.
No aggressive movements.

In fact, the pressure used is about the same as checking the ripeness of a tomato.

That’s it.

Why? Because we’re not trying to “force” anything.
We’re gently restoring motion to joints that aren’t moving the way they should—precisely and intentionally.

The nervous system doesn’t need force.
It needs the right input.
