Our large sacral PolyMem Silicone Border dressing, BOB, is our largest dressing yet, designed to cover more and protect more. Silicone adhesive is placed on the border, not the wound contact pad, helping minimize dressing-related trauma and support more comfortable dressing changes.

PolyMem Oval #3 is designed to contour to smaller, hard-to-dress areas that are prone to pressure injuries, including those associated with medical devices. Its shape makes it ideal for areas such as the nose bridge, cheeks, ears, and chin.

As with all PolyMem dressings, select a dressing that extends beyond the affected area to support the surrounding tissue. It's also available in a silver formulation when antimicrobial action is appropriate.
