The Faces of Dementia showcase with Dementia Friendly Fort Worth is coming to the Fort Worth Museum of Science and History on September 24 from 4:00–6:00 PM.

This inspiring event honors the lives, memories, and experiences of individuals living with or who have lived with dementia while creating greater awareness and understanding around their journeys.

Want to help celebrate a story that deserves to be remembered? Here’s how you can participate:

⭐ Choose a favorite photo of your loved one.

⭐ Share a short story that celebrates their life.
