Standing Rock Indian Health Service Standing Rock Service Unit is part of the Great Plains Area. SRSU includes the Fort Yates Hospital, Emergency Room, Clinic and McLaughlin Health Center.

Standing Rock IHS Service Unit includes the Fort Yates Hospital/Clinic, McLaughlin Health Center, and Satellite Clinics. Fort Yates includes the Fort Yates Hospital (12 bed) Accredited by TJC (The Joint Commission), Emergency Room (4 bay, Level 4 Trauma Level Certified), Outpatient Clinic, Dental Clinic, Optometry Clinic, Behavioral Health Clinic, Dietary and Public Health Nursing. McLaughlin Heal

th Center includes the McLaughlin Outpatient Clinic, Dental Clinic, and Public Health Nursing. Appointments for Behavioral Health and Dietary are available at the McLaughlin Clinic also. Fort Yates Hospital Hours of Operation:

All clinics are closed on Federal Holidays, ER remains open. Emergency Department remains open 24/7
