I focus on physical, mental, and spiritual aspects of massage for a holistic approach to healing. I am Cindy Ridolfo owner and operator of High Healing Therapeutic Massage and Sport Stretching. I have a background in exercise science and a Master of Science degree in Occupational therapy. Several years ago, I left my career as an occupational therapist to pursue my dream of opening my own practice

offering pain management options using a therapeutic foundation to achieve better and longer pain relief. My hope is to provide a peaceful healing experience and to promote a stress free, pain free, well-balanced life. I focus on a holistic approach to massage incorporating physical, mental, and spiritual aspects of healing in order to achieve complete, stress and pain relief. I believe too often we sacrifice our own self-care to support those around us in our work and family lives making it difficult to always give our best.
