I went to two doctors today. Dr. Harris says do what your doctor says! So I am getting my meds and exercising! I attend water aerobics and it’s an awesome experience!!
Oh, I also went to the dentist and I need a new crown 😂😂😂😂😂

But I have to stay healthy but I have a phobia about going to the dentist! My mouth 👄 is full of dental work!! It’s even more important as I am aging to take care of my teeth. Keep on trucking friends 🚚
