Bar work isn't something you figure out alone. 🤎

An instructor watching every shift in weight, every angle, every adjustment, that's what turns a technique into something safe and repeatable. This is what real training looks like.

Tag a therapist who's ready to level up.

Your wrists aren't the problem. Your technique is.

Deep pressure means using more strength is a myth. The fact is deep pressure comes from proper mechanics, not muscle. It's about leverage and body weight, not brute force.

That's exactly what Ashiatsu teaches, and it's the difference between a technique that wears you down and one that lasts your entire career.

What's a massage myth you wish more people knew wasn't true? Tell us below.

"Can I just keep my un**es on"

YES! As long as you don't mind me working around them! And under them!

We always accommodate the client for their comfort level. Performing ashiatsu is typically done fully unclothed, but we can definitely work with the underpants on!
