Our August Resident Spotlight shines on Kathy S!

Kathy spent 20 years as a teacher, sharing her love of learning with others. She still enjoys spending her time reading books and working on crafts alongside her fellow residents. When it comes to treats, you can always make her smile with chocolate, and you'll often find her tapping along to her favorite rock & roll tunes. Christmas is Kathy's favorite holiday, and if she could travel anywhere in the world, she'd love to fly to Paris one day.

We're so thankful to have Kathy as part of our community and love celebrating all the joy, creativity, and kindness she brings each day. Congratulations, Kathy, on being our August Resident Spotlight! 💙

Today at Cottages of Fox Lake, our residents decorated baseball caps using lots of bling, fabric markers, and fun stencils. 🎨💎 Every cap turned out unique and full of personality!

And that's exactly what we did today! ✨Our Assisted Living and Memory Care residents had an afternoon full of sweet treats, laughter, music, and smiles while building their own delicious sundaes together!

A huge thank you to Meranda from Transitions Hospice for hosting today's Ice Cream Social with us! We loved making these sweet summer memories together!🍦❤️
