Meet Zoe! She is a Physical Therapist at the Fox Lake clinic

•She enjoys treating shoulders and knees with a special interest in overhead athletes.

•In her free time, she loves spending time with her friends and family, antique shopping and watching reality TV.

Fun fact, she is a farm girl! 🐓🌾👩‍🌾 She is a huge animal lover with 3 dogs at home and even chickens and ducks!

A dance injury screen gives us a snapshot of how a dancer moves, loads, and stabilizes.

Things like hip flexor tightness, glute weakness, and quad weakness are common and they can play a big role in pain, overuse injuries, and performance limitations.
