Our team will see whether your child may qualify for an AAC device that can be purchased through your private insurance. If your child doesn't have a device yet, this is a great opportunity to get them the tool they need to build both their expressive and receptive language skills. 🚀

Take a walk outside and collect leaves together. As you go:
👉 Talk about colors: "red leaf," "yellow leaf"
👉 Compare sizes: "big leaf," "little leaf"
👉 Describe how they feel and sound: "crunchy," "smooth," "crinkle!"
👉 Ask simple questions: "Where should we look next?"

You can do the same at the pumpkin patch: "big pumpkin," "bumpy pumpkin," "Let's find an orange one!" 🎃

Simple, everyday moments like these build vocabulary and language skills, and they're fun for the whole family! 🧡

🐰 Feeding the animals with tweezers builds focus, fine motor skills, and the language to ask for what they want.
