3 things I teach my endometriosis patients:

✨ Endometriosis pain is not just about the lesions. The body often responds to ongoing pain with pelvic floor muscle tension and guarding, which can further contribute to symptoms.

✨ The tissues surrounding the pelvis can become restricted and less mobile over time. Improving mobility of these tissues may help reduce strain and discomfort with daily activities.

✨ Your nervous system can become more sensitive after experiencing pain for months or years. A more sensitive nervous system can amplify pain signals, even when there isn’t new tissue damage occurring.

I can’t remove or treat the endometriosis itself, but I can help address many of the changes it creates in the body.

Pelvic floor physical therapy can be an important part of your care team by addressing muscle tension, improving tissue mobility, and helping calm an overprotective nervous system.

You deserve support beyond being told to “just live with it.”

Fascia is more than just “tight muscles.”

It’s the connective tissue that wraps around your muscles, organs, nerves, and joints, creating one continuous system throughout your body.

When fascia becomes restricted, you may notice:
✨ Tension that keeps coming back
✨ A pulling sensation with movement
✨ Stiffness despite stretching
✨ Discomfort far from the actual source

Fascial release is a gentle, hands-on technique designed to restore mobility, improve tissue glide, and help your body move with less restriction.

Sometimes the area that hurts isn’t the area that needs attention.

Your body is connected in ways that might surprise you.

Have you ever felt tension in one area improve after treating somewhere completely different?
