Our team was out today at the Mass Aging Access 2026 Fall Conference🧡

It was a great opportunity to step away from the day to day, connect with colleagues across the aging services network, and bring home fresh ideas to support the seniors and families we serve. Grateful for the conversations, the new connections, and the reminder that we're stronger when we share what works and move forward together.

Shoutout to Caregiver Carolyn! 💙
We love celebrating our incredible caregivers, and today's spotlight is extra special because the praise came from someone outside our team entirely.
A visiting nurse from one of our partner agencies recently reached out to share how impressed she has been with our caregiver Carolyn. The two work together caring for a shared client, and the nurse wanted to recognize the outstanding relationship Carolyn has built with that patient.
She praised Carolyn's work ethic, professionalism, and compassionate, conscientious care, along with her clear communication in reporting the patient's needs. With over 10 years in home care and nearly 30 years in nursing, she said Carolyn is "a rare find."

Unsolicited feedback like this means the world to us because it shows what we already know: our caregivers go above and beyond every single day. To celebrate, Carolyn received a gift card from our CEO as a thank you for representing Advanced Home Care so beautifully.

🎉 It's Healthy Aging Month! And we're kicking things off with someone who's redefining what "aging well" even means.

✈️ Meet Betty Bromage, 97 years old, and she just broke her OWN Guinness World Record for oldest female wing walker. As in, strapped to the top of a flying plane.

And here's the kicker: she did this just one year after having a stroke.

Her secret? "I'd just get bored of life otherwise." Betty, we love that for you. 💙

If a 97-year-old can do this, maybe we can all find our own version of "getting out there" this Healthy Aging Month. What's yours?

From coordinating schedules to supporting her team through every busy season, she's the person staff know they can count on, day in and day out. Her dedication has helped shape the culture of our Middleboro office into one built on reliability, warmth, and genuine care for the people we serve.
Ten years is no small milestone, and it's a reflection of Louisa's unwavering commitment to AHC's mission and the patients and caregivers we support every day. As Louisa put it, she's grateful for the friendships and opportunities she's found here, and she's looking forward to growing with AHC for many more years to come.

💙 Wishing Jannette Santiago all the best 💙

Today we're saying goodbye to Jannette Santiago, one of our incredible Home Health Aides from our Feeding Hills office, as she steps away to care for her own family.

Jannette was our Employee of the Month this past June, and it's easy to see why. She recently gave up her own weekends so a client going through a difficult diagnosis wouldn't have to spend them alone, a small act that made a huge difference. Her coordinators described her as helpful, polite, caring, responsible, and reliable, always willing to step in wherever she was needed most.

What made Jannette's dedication even more remarkable is that she brought that same patience and compassion home, caring for her own loved ones outside of work hours, even while showing up fully for her clients every day.

Jannette, thank you for the heart you've poured into your clients and your AHC family. We're so grateful for your service, and we're wishing you strength, comfort, and peace as you take on this new chapter. Please know that we are here for you, and our AHC family will always have a place for you.
