📣We are SO excited to introduce the newest member of the Common Ground family — Tracy 🎉
Tracy comes to us as a marathoner who found her way back to Pilates as a tool for managing chronic pain, and now she’s on a mission to share what it can do for others. She’s completing her mat and reformer certification and brings a philosophy we are fully here for: activity over aesthetics, curiosity over perfection, and movement that actually serves your body.
Expect thoughtful, purposeful sequencing — compound movements, diabolical pulses, and an endearing stream of consciousness that makes the whole thing feel like moving with a really smart, witty friend. (She has two graduate degrees and a law degree, but don’t let that intimidate you — she’s also deeply devoted to her cat, Ron Swanson.)
Tracy believes Pilates has the power to lift you up mentally and improve how you move through your life. Whether you’re chasing a PR, managing discomfort, or just curious what all the Pilates fuss is about — this is a great place to start.
