🌙 Ease back into the school routines! 🍎

Believe it or not, the first day of school is just around the corner!

Now is the perfect time to help your child transition back to a school-year sleep schedule.

Here are a few easy ways to get started:

✨ Move bedtime up by 10–15 minutes every few nights.

📚 Create a relaxing bedtime routine with reading or quiet activities.

📵 Turn off screens at least an hour before bedtime.

⏰ Practice waking up at the same time each morning.

A consistent sleep routine can help children wake up feeling refreshed, stay focused in the classroom, and make the transition back to school much easier.

This parasite hides in contaminated food or water, especially fresh produce like raspberries, basil, cilantro, snow peas, and mixed greens.

Watch for:
•Diarrhea

•Wash your hands
