Fit-Time for Women Proudly serving Frankfort and the surrounding areas since 1999, we welcome women of all ages in our fitness classes, personal training, massage, and more.

We welcome women of all ages and at all fitness levels. As a member, you’ll have access to our state-of-the-art weights and cardio equipment, group classes, personal training, and on-site massage therapy. Most of all, you’ll become part of a co
