We are saying goodbye to our champion floor trainer, Lisa Cann. Lisa has been a part of this fit-time family for over 20 years as the go to person to train new members in our circuit room and on the floor equipment ! Lisa and family are making the move out of state to warmer weather and their retirement dream home! We wish her well but already miss her in our midst and will forever be grateful for her commitment and dedication to us!
