In order to appreciate where we are, we want you to know how much care went into getting here. In writing the bill, we were meticulous. For two full years, we met with:
•Practitioners who use remedies daily in their clinics.
•Small businesses that sell remedies one at a time.
•Larger companies that serve customers nationwide.
•And of course, because our leadership is made up of consumers, we consulted with moms and dads. Lots of them.

We sat down with legal experts, industry leaders, and consumers across the country to understand every challenge and every hope for the future of homeopathy.

Then — draft after draft — we refined the bill so it would:
✅ Protect access to the full range of remedies, now and in the future.
✅ Support a diverse marketplace, from family-run shops to larger suppliers.
✅ Create clear, homeopathy-specific safety and quality standards.
✅ Stop the FDA from wiping entire categories of remedies off the shelves ever again.

We’ve done the hard work of writing the bill. Now, we need you to help make it law.

*Establish safety rules tailored to the unique nature of homeopathy — just as Congress has done for supplements, compounded medicines, and medical devices.
