It always fascinates me where the blocks or negative energy holding us down is coming from.

Am I the only one that thinks of Spring & Fall as resets? It's the end of the Summer chaos & a time for structure and routine. Who's ready? 😎🌺

I never would have thought that three years after becoming Reiki Certified that I would be teaching my own students. I am hosting a Reiki Level 1 class on Saturday August 29th at 9:00am.

Reiki is the practice of balancing our chakras or energy fields. It calms and releases the negative energy and instills positive energy. Level 1 certifies you to administer reiki to yourself, someone else, even your pets!

Today I found the props I used a few years ago when doing a presentation in sugar. It never ceases to amaze me how much sugar the average American consumes in a day or a year. 🍭sometimes we need a different visual for it to really sink in. 🍩
