Crystal Farnsworth, LAc. and owner of AcuPUNKture will be joining forces with Deb Torchia to bring you an immersive healing experience. Crystal will perform acupuncture to encourage a nervous system reset while Deb creates a sound bath experience around you to balance your Nervous system.

You will be provided with comfy floor mats and cushions, a fuzzy blanket and an eye mask. Just show up and treat yourself for an hour.

Pre-registration required. Venmo crystal-acupunk or cash payment: $80 per person.

You will be required to sign consent forms for both your acupuncture treatment and the sound bath.

We just wanted to extend a HUGE thank you to the Beautiful Souls that attended last night and helped us kick off our new healing series: Needles and Namaste ❤️

It was a magical evening filled with Sound, Crystals, Acupuncture and Great Intentions ✨ Deb and Crystal focused this collab on offering deep relaxation and grounding while opening the Third Eye, Heart, Sacral and Root chakras- all complemented by a gentle adrenal reset via acupuncture.

We have lots of upcoming plans and can’t wait for the next one!

Registration will open this Friday for our next acupuncture infused sound bath with Deb on 8/23. Space is limited to 8 and will be first come first serve so keep an eye out for our post on Friday if you want to snag your spot!
