Join me and Alanna from Sound & Stone Healing for a magickal event at Tarbin Gardens Sunday 7/26. It’s peak week at the gardens with everything in bloom and we offering an evening dual sound bath experience. Beginning with 30 minutes of gentle yoga stretches transitioning to a restful pose to relax and allow the healing tones of the crystal singing bowls and other instruments carry you through the evening. Feel free to skip the yoga and just enjoy the sound bath. Please bring a yoga mat, a blanket or towel, and a pillow for comfort.
