When you're focused on your phone, computer, or tablet, you tend to blink less often than normal. That can leave your eyes feeling dry, irritated, and tired!

👁️ Try the 20-20-20 rule: every 20 minutes, look at something 20 feet away for at least 20 seconds.

👓 Why can’t we just buff out scratches on your glasses?

Unlike a car windshield or a household window, eyeglass lenses have precise optical surfaces and may have specialized coatings. Buffing a scratch can damage those coatings and distort the lens.
