Michelle is a nationally board-certified therapist with over 17 years' experience in massage. In addition, she has over 20 years' experience as a fitness professional having worked alongside chiropractors, physical therapists, and athletic trainers. Michelle places a high priority on her continuing massage training and continuing education in order to provide the best possible care for her clients. Her approach to massage therapy is personalized to every individual’s needs. Whether a client is looking for relaxation, stress relief, deep tissue work, athletic recovery, injury rehabilitation, or post-surgical support, her goal is always the same – to help them feel better and improve their quality of life.
