𝕄𝕣. ℙ𝕣𝕖𝕤𝕥𝕠𝕟 𝔹𝕖𝕣𝕟𝕒𝕣𝕕 𝕂𝕚𝕟𝕫𝕖𝕣 was born on September 30, 1981, at Maury Regional Hospital in Columbia, Tennessee. He received his education through the Maury County school system. On Wednesday, August 26, 2026, Preston completed his earthly journey, leaving behind a life distinguished by determination, individuality, and meaningful connections with others.

𝕄𝕣. ℙ𝕣𝕖𝕤𝕥𝕠𝕟 shared his home with his brother, Stephen, and found genuine joy in the familiar rhythms and simple pleasures that made each day meaningful. He took pride in looking his best and especially enjoyed a fresh haircut and a clean shave. Rarely seen without his signature flat-bill hat, Preston assembled an impressive collection over the years. His hats became an unmistakable expression of his personal style and one of the many qualities that made him memorable.
Music and entertainment brought Preston tremendous happiness. He delighted in musicals, especially Hairspray and Hamilton, and his broad musical tastes ranged from rap to country. His boombox radio, See 'n Say, iPad, YouTube, and TikTok each held a special place in his daily life. Equally meaningful were the conversations he shared with his mother, brother, sister, and devoted support staff about his schedule and the routines that gave his days comfort, order, and purpose.

𝕄𝕣. ℙ𝕣𝕖𝕤𝕥𝕠𝕟 loved being out in the community and treasured opportunities to travel with his family. Among his favorite memories was a family trip to Panama City Beach, Florida. Wherever he went, his engaging personality opened the door to new friendships. Preston genuinely enjoyed meeting people, and many of those connections grew into lasting and meaningful relationships.
Strong-willed and determined, Preston met life with remarkable perseverance. His resolve motivated him and inspired those who walked beside him. He knew what mattered to him, valued the people and routines that enriched his life, and approached each day with a spirit that was distinctly his own.
𝕄𝕣. ℙ𝕣𝕖𝕤𝕥𝕠𝕟 was also an avid reader who especially enjoyed the local newspaper. His curiosity was reflected in the extensive collection of books and magazines he built over the years. Reading kept him connected to the world around him and remained another source of comfort and enjoyment throughout his life.

𝕄𝕣. ℙ𝕣𝕖𝕤𝕥𝕠𝕟 was preceded in death by his beloved grandmother, Hazel L. Kinzer, with whom he shared an especially close and treasured bond. Her love and memory remained deeply woven into his life and will forever be cherished within the hearts of his family.

𝕋𝕙𝕠𝕤𝕖 𝕝𝕖𝕗𝕥 𝕥𝕠 𝕔𝕙𝕖𝕣𝕚𝕤𝕙 𝕄𝕣. ℙ𝕣𝕖𝕤𝕥𝕠𝕟'𝕤 𝕞𝕖𝕞𝕠𝕣𝕪 𝕚𝕟𝕔𝕝𝕦𝕕𝕖: his devoted mother, Sheryl Brice-Wiggins; his brother, Stephen Kinzer; his sister, Payton B. Thaxton; and his brother-in-law, Tyrice Thaxton. He is also survived by his uncle, Bobby Kinzer, and his wife, Darlene; his aunt, Patsy Kinzer; his cousins, Adrain Kinzer and Bria Kinzer; his beloved niece, Hallan Reece Thaxton; and his nephew, Tyrice "TL" Thaxton Jr.
Preston will also be lovingly remembered by his extended family: LaTonya C., Chana L., Tramias L., Kisha A., Cheryl G., Faye D., Tracy C., Juanita R., the Hardison family, Robert S., and Sabbas V.He leaves behind many cherished friends, including Betty B., Donna W., Brian "Ham," Mike, Michael, Selina M., Jasmine A., Regina W., Renee O., Justin O., Shelby, Jennifer V., Tametra C., and Xzyiah W. Each friendship held a special place in Preston's heart, and the connections he formed throughout his life were an essential part of the man he was.

𝕄𝕣. ℙ𝕣𝕖𝕤𝕥𝕠𝕟's life cannot be measured simply by the years between his birth and passing, but by the love he received, the joy he found, the courage he displayed, and the lives enriched by knowing him. He will be remembered for his determination, his strong and unforgettable personality, his distinctive sense of style, his love of music and reading, his appreciation for his daily routines, and, above all, his gift for friendship. Though his presence will be deeply missed, Preston's memory will remain a treasured part of the hearts and lives of all who knew and loved him.
