Tennessee Vision Therapy formerly The Center for Vision Development Tennessee Vision Therapy The Center for Vision Development provides individualized vision therapy programs in a safe and professional setting.

Our mission is to remove labels, identify obstacles, lead individuals, encourage perseverance and celebrate victories. We go beyond 20/20! Symptoms of Vision Problems that Parents should look out for:
Skips/repeats lines when reading
Omits small words when reading
Poor comprehension
Homework takes longer than it should or they avoid doing it at all
Headaches
Trouble paying attention
Difficulty copying from the board
Difficulty completing assignments on time
Burning, itchy, watery eyes
Tilts head or closes one eye when reading
One eye turns in or out
Avoids near work/reading
Holds reading material too close/sits very close to the TV
Poor handwriting
Clumsy/knocks things over
Car/motion sickness
Visual perceptual problems
Behavior problems
Double or blurred vision
Tired after reading
Uses finger to keep place while reading
Reverses letters/numbers
