I am so very thankful for this exciting opportunity! I want to thank Drs Greg and Jeff Cook for allowing me to work with them for the past 19 years! They have provided unbelievable care not only to their patients, but also to their staff. Phyllis, Kim and Debra were awesome and truly second to none. Thank you guys for all your wonderful years at FOSM to make this a wonderful place to work and to provide care. You will always be family!!
