“What do yall do at your retreats”

We rest, we nap, we have had Yoga, we have gentle movement, we’ve had massages 💆🏻‍♀️ we always eat very well! We laugh, 😂 we dance,🕺 we sing 🎤 karaoke and sometimes cry 😢, we 🎨 paint, color, journal, we have amazing groups and we usually have the opportunity for one individual therapy session!

So, it depends on which retreat you sign up for!

Our November retreat has Horses 🐎 on the property!

And yes, sometimes the place we rent has a family of bears!🐻

Heidi and Kristal are both now trained in EMDR therapy! 🎉

We offer late appointments and also offer sliding scale sessions to those in need.
