One of the most common questions I hear after a tummy tuck is why the abdomen seems flatter on some days and more swollen on others.

In most cases, that's a normal part of healing. As you become more active, or even later in the day, swelling can temporarily increase before gradually improving over time.

Don't judge your result based on one day. Look at the overall trend. By six months after surgery, about 90% of the swelling is usually gone.

This patient came to our office with very little natural breast tissue but desired a significantly fuller appearance.

In cases like this, the key is understanding how far the tissues can safely and naturally accommodate additional volume.

Trying to force implants larger than the anatomy allows can create visible implant edges, excessive roundness, long-term stretching, or an unnatural appearance.

This dual plane breast augmentation created a fuller and more feminine shape while still maintaining proportion and natural contour.
