✨ A few more thoughts of the overlap of faith and therapy. Going to Spiritual direction has been one of the most unexpected gifts of my clinical journey. It’s where my somatic training started to make a different kind of sense in my body — not just as science, but as something ancient and sacred. These thoughts is a little of what that integration has looked like for me. Bring on the woo woo.
