“Thank you for the incredible gift you provided through the veterans workshop! I do not say lightly that my experience at Onsite was life-changing and gave me back pieces of my life that I thought might have been lost forever.

Like many veterans, I arrived carrying things I had learned to compartmentalize for years. What I found was not only professionalism and excellence, but genuine compassion, understanding, and a safe space to finally begin healing in a deeper way than I ever thought possible. The environment, the staff, the process, and the people alongside me, created an experience that profoundly impacted my life.

The moment captured in the photograph between fellow veterans and Mary B was real, raw, and deeply meaningful. Hopefully you can use it to help communicate the importance of the work The Onsite Foundation is doing and encourage other veterans to seek healing.” - recent Veterans Healing Trauma alumni

In honor of National Military Appreciation Month— in conjunction with Mental Health Awareness Month— we salute you.

There are no words for the type of grief experienced after losing a child. Losing a child is an experience no parent should have to endure. When it happens, it alters everything—how you see the world, how you connect with others, and how you understand yourself.

The Onsite Life After Loss Program is a six-day experience curated to help parents who have experienced inexpressible grief following the loss of a child. Parents learn how to navigate their individual grief process and stages of grief, including depression, guilt, and anger.

This scholarship opportunity provides a safe and supportive environment where parents can process, grieve, and reconnect, alongside others who understand this journey.

If you have attended one of our programs, we encourage you to share your story or give back the healing that you received and donate today. Our general fund helps not only bereaved parents, but veterans, pastors, creatives, and survivors of mass shootings. Mental Health Awareness Month is the perfect time to share. Link in bio.

This week we are featuring the Creatives Support Network. The demands of a creative life often come at a high cost. Studies reveal that creatives face mental health challenges at three times the rate of the general population, with financial insecurity, burnout, depression, and anxiety being far too common.

The Creatives Support Network exists to help change this. Designed specifically for creatives by creatives, this groundbreaking program offers mental wellness support to reset, heal, and build a healthier path forward. Our program is led by seasoned mental health professionals who deeply understand.

During Mental Health Awareness Month we encourage you to give yourself the gift of healing and click the link in our bio to apply. Or if you feel called to give the gift of healing to others, donate today.
