We are excited to welcome Jhem Lacerna to our team!

Jhem brings more than five years of experience in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), with extensive expertise in medical billing and healthcare administration. Throughout their career, they have supported a variety of healthcare specialties, including Behavioral Health, Internal Medicine, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Acupuncture Services, and Urgent Care.

Their areas of expertise include insurance verification, claims submission, payment posting, denial management, appeals, and revenue cycle optimization. Behind the scenes, Jhem plays a vital role in ensuring our administrative and billing processes run efficiently, allowing us to focus on what matters most—providing exceptional care to our clients.

Dedicated to lifelong learning and professional growth, Jhem is currently pursuing a second degree in Human Resource Management through weekend online studies. Their commitment to continuous improvement reflects the strong work ethic and dedication they bring to our practice every day.

Outside of work and school, Jhem enjoys reading and spending time watching movies and series on Netflix and Disney+.
