Nothing beats a cool treat on a hot summer afternoon! 🍦☀️

Today we enjoyed our Ice Cream Social with our residents and staff, and it was a wonderful afternoon filled with smiles, laughter, and delicious ice cream.

A special thank you to Bruster's for providing the ice cream. It was absolutely delicious, and everyone enjoyed every bite! It was the perfect way to cool down on a warm day while spending quality time together.

A heartfelt thank you to Lindsay and her friends for once again spending time with our Memory Care residents! This month's arts and crafts activity was creating beautiful flower arrangements, and everyone had such a wonderful time.

We are so grateful that you'll be joining us each month to lead fun and meaningful activities. These special moments give our residents the opportunity to stay creative, use their hands, and enjoy time together while making lasting memories.

Thank you for your kindness, generosity, and for bringing so many smiles to our Memory Care family. We truly appreciate all that you do! 💐❤️

Today we celebrated Christmas in July and International Self-Care Day with our wonderful residents! ❤️🎄

We spent the day relaxing and treating ourselves with face masks, hand masks, and foot masks for everyone who wanted to participate. We listened to Christmas music, enjoyed delicious eggnog (regular and spiked), sipped on hot chocolate, and simply spent quality time together.

It was a wonderful day filled with laughter, relaxation, and the joy of making special memories. We're so thankful for these moments that bring smiles to our residents' faces and remind us that self-care and togetherness are gifts worth celebrating. 🎅☕💚

Today was Social Hour, and we were honored to have a very special guest, Charlie Hatcher from Charlie Hatcher's Dairy Farm, join us! He generously brought delicious chocolate milk for everyone to enjoy, and it was a wonderful treat.

One of the highlights of the day was Charlie getting to visit with his cousin, Gene Hatcher. It was heartwarming to see them reconnect. Charlie also brought along some friends, who spent time sitting, talking, and sharing stories with our residents. The smiles, laughter, and conversations made for a truly special afternoon.

We are so thankful to Charlie for taking the time to visit our Assisted Living residents. Your kindness, generosity, and friendship meant so much to everyone. Thank you for helping make today so memorable! ❤️🥛

Every year, our residents look forward to attending the 51st Annual Bethlehem UMC Fish Fry, and this year was no exception! ❤️

They enjoyed an afternoon filled with delicious all-you-can-eat farm-raised catfish, live music, a wonderful bake sale, and, most importantly, great fellowship. Seeing the smiles on their faces and watching them make special memories together is what it's all about.

We're so thankful for opportunities like these that allow our residents to get out into the community, enjoy a favorite annual tradition, and have such a wonderful time. We can't wait to come back again next year!

It's National Gummy Worm Day, and our residents celebrated with a delicious treat—dirt pudding topped with gummy worms! 🪱🍫

Everyone had so much fun making and enjoying this sweet dessert together. There were lots of smiles, laughter, and great conversations as our residents shared the fun. It's moments like these that make every day special at Vitality Living Franklin. ❤️
