Employee Spotlight: Meet Nida Moran!
Nida is like a little flash of sunshine. ☀️ She is always busy doing something when she’s on duty. She encourages the residents to be more active and is always willing to lend a helping hand when we need it! Prior to joining our team when we opened in February 2025, Nida worked at Lewis Manor personal care home for 19 years! Needless to say, she knows a lot about the history of our property. Nida, originally from the Philippines, lives in Franklin, KY, is married and has a 13 year old son. Her hobbies include watching crime dramas, enjoying a good glass of wine and spending quality time with her family. We are so happy to have Nida on our Southern Kentucky Senior Living care team! ❤️🍷

We had the honor of caring for this beautiful, sweet lady during her recovery period. She was the most delightful and positive person during her respite stay. We already miss her but are so glad that we could be a part of her healing process!

Employee Spotlight 💡🔦

This week’s Employee Spotlight is shining on Charlotte Williams! Our residents and staff call her “Charlie”. She is one of the most caring, dedicated staff members that I’ve ever met. She is always willing to help, covering call-in’s without complaint, pinch hitting in Dining Service when needed and always going the extra mile for our residents!

Charlie was a member of the Lewis Manor team before they closed, working in the community for almost 6 years. She enjoys cooking and spending time with her family.

We are beyond thankful that she joined the Southern Kentucky Senior Living staff family in September 2025! We couldn’t do this without her!

Round Pond Church group came out on Wednesday morning with a wonderful message and fellowship. Our residents really enjoyed this group and we hope to see them again soon! ❤️

A little peek at this years garden. She’s coming along nicely with the help of our Maintenance Director Brent Commerer! The residents will be canning tomatoes and pickling cucumbers in no time! 🪏🫜👩‍🌾
