🏥 South Family Medicine – Franklin
Are you passionate about helping patients and looking to grow your career in healthcare? South Family Medicine is seeking a dedicated, professional, and team-oriented Patient Access Representative to join our Franklin clinic!
What You'll Do:
✅ Welcome and assist patients at check-in and check-out
✅ Schedule appointments and manage patient records
✅ Answer and triage incoming phone calls
✅ Verify insurance benefits and eligibility
✅ Process referrals and prior authorizations
✅ Assist with rooming patients and obtaining vital signs when needed
✅ Support providers and clinical staff to ensure excellent patient care
What We're Looking For:
✔ Excellent customer service and communication skills
✔ Ability to multitask in a fast-paced medical office
✔ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
✔ Experience in a medical office or family medicine setting preferred
✔ Knowledge of referrals, authorizations, and insurance verification is a plus
Training Opportunity
📍 During the probationary period, the selected candidate must be willing to train at our Bryan clinic to learn office workflows, patient service standards, referral processes, and clinical support responsibilities before transitioning to the Franklin location.
