Sometimes exercise looks like a workout… and sometimes it looks like dancing to Disney! Today, a couple of our clients got moving with Disney Just Dance and had some fun together while they were at it! One was completing an exercise task and one just wanted to join in on the fun for some giggles! Our staff were dancing too, but no photo evidence was acquired!

Finding creative ways to incorporate movement into the day can make exercise feel less like a chore and more like something to look forward to! Add in music, laughter, and a friend, and you’ve got a pretty great way to work on healthy habits and enjoy some social time together!

At FABS, we love finding ways to make learning, movement, and connection FUN!

And really…does it even count as exercise if you’re dancing to Disney?!

Happy Mother’s Day from all of us at FABS!

Today we’re celebrating all kinds of moms and mother-like figures, biological moms, adoptive moms, foster moms, grandmas, aunts, guardians, bonus moms, future moms, and the people who step into nurturing roles with love and care every single day!

We especially want to recognize the incredible moms of our clients! The advocacy, patience, strength, flexibility, and unconditional love you pour into your children does not go unnoticed! We are so grateful that you trust us to be part of your journey!

And to our FABS staff moms (and those loving on kids both at work and at home), you amaze us daily with the compassion and energy you give to everyone around you!

Mother’s Day can hold a lot of emotions for different people, but today we simply want to celebrate the people who love, support, nurture, and show up for others in meaningful ways!

Our unofficial theme for 2026?
“A little behind… but always showing up.”

In true 2026 fashion, we’re wrapping up Autism Acceptance Month with a post on the very last day! 😅

But the truth is, this month isn’t something we squeeze into a calendar. We’ve been celebrating all month long… and more importantly, all year long! And we’ll keep celebrating, every strength, every accomplishment, and every beautifully unique individual we have the privilege to serve!

We are incredibly grateful for the families who trust us, the clients who inspire us daily, and the staff who make this work so meaningful!

💜 NOW HIRING: Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)! 💚

Franklin Applied Behavior Services is growing — and we’re looking for caring, energetic individuals to join our team!

A Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) provides one-on-one therapy to clients with autism and other developmental differences, working directly under the supervision of a BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst). This is a meaningful, hands-on role where you’ll make a real difference every single day.

✨ Minimum Requirements:
• Must be at least 18 years old
• High school diploma or equivalent
