👼🏽With a grateful heart for community connection and a heavy heart for the loss of Kelly Lusk we would like to invite our community to meet at 2:45pm on Saturday 8/1 at The Yoga Den On Mason to have a brief standing circle, some collective breath and walk together to Owls Roost for her Celebration of Life.

🙏🏽Kelly was such a beautiful part of our community. She showed up and showed out! She was a light and joy to be around. She chose healing over and over again. We love her so much, and always will.

Her friends, family, loved ones and community will gather to celebrate her life. We would like to ground as one in honor of her life before the event.

Part 1 of our Weekend Revival was fun! We laughed, we played, prizes and cash have been claimed, we ate and we enjoyed receiving the artistic gift of henna. Oh! And an impromptu dance performance by a talented local performing artist!

Part 2 with .soundhealing has been rescheduled for 8/2 at noon. A floating sound bath at a local private residential pool! Acai Bowls with a topping bar included! Sign up online!

Sometimes we need to pivot. We need to look at something that's worked well and adjust when the circumstances shift. We adjust not just for ourselves, but for all involved. This year we have pivoted in our personal relationship and view our business relationship with new eyes.

We are pivoting our Summer Serenity Nature Retreat this year to something different. A revival of self and community. We are pivoting quickly and details will be out soon. We recognize this year has held hard pivots for many of you and ourselves. As always we want us all to be able to live in joy and experience happiness.

☀️ Summer Solstice

Tonight we honored the Summer Solstice together.

We lit our neighbors' candles and watched the room grow brighter, one flame at a time. We whispered blessings into our now-resident Good Luck Care Bear. We used our voices for mantra and affirmation. We surrendered to stillness. We shared breath, presence, laughter, and community.

The longest day of the year reminds us that light is not something to hoard. It is something to share.

As we move into the second half of 2026, consider what deserves your energy and attention. Reflect on what has grown, what requires more care, and what may be ready to be released. Celebrate your progress, even if it feels incomplete. Most importantly, acknowledge the ways you have grown since the darkness of winter.

The sun doesn't ask permission to shine.
It doesn't apologize for taking up space.

Maybe the Solstice is an invitation to stop apologizing for your own light.
