DINNER AND ALCOHOLICS ANONYMOUS MEETING

Join Tame Wellness for an evening of connection, fellowship, and recovery!

Whether you're new to recovery, have years of sobriety, or are simply looking for a supportive community, you are welcome here.

We'll begin the evening with dinner and fellowship at Mavericks in Granby at 5:30 PM.

This is a wonderful opportunity to share a meal, build friendships, and connect with others in a relaxed, welcoming environment.

Following dinner, we'll head to the Granby Clubhouse for an AA meeting at 7:00 PM.

Everyone is welcome to attend the AA meeting in accordance with the meeting's participation guidelines. You do not need to attend dinner to join us for the meeting.

SOURDOUGH 101 MASTERCLASS!

Tame Wellness is teaming up with Homestead-ish Sourdough Shack for a fun Sourdough 101 Masterclass where you’ll learn:

• How to care for a sourdough starter
• Learn about the different stages of sourdough
• How to form and bake your own sandwich-style loaf
• Get a printed recipe to take home and try yourself
• Sourdough trivia — with a chance to win fun prizes!
• Take home your very own sourdough starter!

Come learn, bake, ask questions, and get a little more comfortable with sourdough! Whether you're a complete beginner or just want to brush up on your skills, we'd love to have you.

Let’s break bread together, learn something new, and connect with one another in support of mental health awareness!
